Refund policy

At Flavour Ya Mzansi, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of food products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Returns

For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened spice products cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

The product is defective
The product was damaged during delivery
The wrong item was delivered
The product is expired or contaminated

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To request a return, customers must provide:

Proof of purchase
Order number
Photos of the product and packaging

Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

The item arrived damaged
The incorrect product was delivered
The product is defective or unsafe for consumption

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened spice bottles or pouches
Used products
Products damaged after delivery
Clearance or promotional items
Delivery Issues
